After 22 years at St. Michael School, Nancy Esposito is retiring

GARDEN CITY—On June 1, 2021, teachers, staff, Catholic Schools Superintendent Bill Ryan, and Father Edward Fitzgerald, pastor of St. Michael, came together to wish our friend and colleague, Nancy, a fond farewell.

After 22 years at St. Michael School, Nancy Esposito is retiring. As we all know, Nancy was more than an administrative assistant, she wore so many hats that it is hard to count. She was the cornerstone of our school and was even hired before the first principal!

She will be missed terribly, but we send her off with best wishes for a restfully fun and healthy retirement. Nancy said she can't wait to spend more time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends. Somehow, we don't think St. Michael has seen the last of our loyal and dedicated friend.

God bless you, Nancy, and a heartfelt Gators “thank you” for all you have done for our school.
