A petition for pro-life Super Bowl ad

In commenting on the article by Stephanie Raha in this week’s issue of The Miscellany, I want to commend her for a nice story.

However, the most important item about Tim Tebow has to do with his mother Pam’s decision back in 1985 to not have an abortion.

She was advised to abort Tim and chose to ignore it, and her son earned the Heisman trophy while in college.

Tim Tebow is the news, because the pro-life people want to put his story in an ad during the Super Bowl, and CBS is weighing whether to run the ad or not. Last year NBC chose not to run the ad, because the pro-choice movement made too  much noise about it.

We as Catholics can help the cause this time by voting a petition to CBS. Just click on www.catholicvote.org and do your thing.
