CHARLESTON—Bishop Robert E. Guglielmone has made the following appointments. Father H. Gregory West, from administrator to pastor of St. Andrew in Clemson, St. Paul the Apostle Mission in Seneca and St. Francis Mission in Walhalla, effective Dec. 14, 2010.
